Path: Pulmonary necrotizing granuloma

Medications (except those which expose to the risk of tuberculosis) rarely cause pulmonary necrotizing granulomas. An infectious etiology (that may be caused by the immunosuppressive action of drugs including corticosterois) is a more likely etiology (PMID 21592582).
